They say that if you stick enough monkeys in a room with typewriters, one of them, one day, will reproduce Shakespeare's works.
I wonder: does this mean that if you have enough people retyping Shakespeare all day, one of them, one day, will turn into a monkey?

I think we have enough monkeys and people to do the experiment. The only problem is: where should we find the typewriters?
ReplyDeleteI admit I hadn't though of that, but maybe we shouldn't be too literal in our interpretation, and allow computer keyboards, tablets, and smartphones to be used as well.
